That is not possible nor is it healthy. Two pounds a week is what you can expect to lose through diet and exercise without making your self ill.

This is not going to help you lose weight. This is no different than the green bean diet, the grapefruit diet, the "drinking vinegar" diet, etc. All myths.
Reducing your caloric intake plus making better food choices and increasing your physical activity is how your lose weight.
Why not buy the magazine and read the article? Or maybe the library has it and you can check it out?
Thirty pounds in three weeks. I don't think so. Drinking water daily is very important but you also need to eat healthy & exercise daily. Losing two to three pounds weekly is a good rate for losing weight, so you can keep it off. Just drink water as you normally would. A water is not a safe diet for anyone, because if you drink too much, you can lose potassium from your body, & that can create some real problems for you.
