I'm sure it's just fine. If you feel really self-conscious about it, try walking or running a few times a week, nothing too drastic though, since you are skinny. :-)
my thighs are like that too, it's fine. dont worry about it.
I suppose it could be normal. Anyone at any age can get larger thighs. Some people tend to gain weight in certain spots on thier bodies. I have a little bit of thickness to my thighs in that area and i just keep it in shape with lunges and leg exercises. If you really dont like it, exercise it off. If its not fat and its just the way you where born, learn to love it. =)
Yes that is VERY normal and a part of growing up to be a woman. Keep in mind that every woman is different and you'll develop a different shape than anyone else. Even if your thighs look different than your mom or sister, that is normal, it is you. You can work out if you don't like the shape of them to try and tone them but in the end you are pretty much stuck with what nature gave you so its best to embrace and love it!
