watch tv then during the comercials do crunches ive found its the best for your stomach or (ABS) so do them as long as you can until the comercials are over & push..push...push yourself until you have nothing left and you will see BIG results fast!!

i promise if you stay commited and work hard then you'll have a great looking stomach!!

hope that helps =]
Sit uPs.
For the stomach, it's called digestion and you are probably already doing it when you watch T.V.
If you are talking about your rectus abdominis (abs), you can do crunches, situps, reverse crunches, and oblique twist while you are watching tv. But who needs tv? Go to the gym and watch the ladies.
watching tv is the lazy way to loose weight..get off the couch and on to the sidewalk go around the block twice...you can never lose weight watching tv.unless you have a cardio bike...thats the only way...you will not put enough energy into your workout to get the results you are looking for.happy walking
