I need an affordable exercise bike, yet one that actually works good, suggestions?

I have a suggestion: check out used ones, many areas have a "bargain corner" in the classifieds for items under X amount of money. Life experience taught me this--I can't tell you the # of new exercise equipment I've bought, used a little or alot & then sold cheap or gave away--I have an abs lounger on my patio right now I'm gonna give away when we move next month, I'm tired of hauling it around...lol.
