I run a mile 4 days out of the week and i do 40 to 60 crtunches and lunges a night is this a good workout?

Yeah, that's a great workout routine. It sounds like you will stay in shape that way.

Just make sure you're eating well and getting 1800+ calories per day that all teen girls need for proper growth.

Ya it's a good routine...
It depends on what you're aiming for . If it's just for weight loss you're better off doing longer cardio like 20-30 min of jogging (but I don't suggest cardio , I perfer Interval training) .

If you're trying to gain abs 40-60 crunches will strengthen them but you won't see them without a good diet to gain a low body fat %.

So yeah it all depends on what your goals are but IMO that workout isn't that great .
Yes! Really good...as long as you are eating your fruits and veggies!! If you want to gain muscle...eat sea food. It is light and it has alot of protein! Milk helps too!!
