Skinny girls only please, esepcially those in their 20+, be kind please?


Question:
i just want to know, especially when you get in your 20s, how you keep trim?

Don't you suffer form big appetites and how you control it?
How you see all the temptation at fastfood and work donuts lunch, the reestaurants in the evening with your b/f or hubby or dirnks with friends on the weekend. How on earth do you stay in shape?

And I don't want to hear from exceptions who do nithing but have fast metabolism!

***Also I'm so lazy how you work out and lose weight most efficiently. I am bored silly doing videos and expecially going to the gym. There must be some exericse that is so great it get you fast into shape?

I would say you have to think of food in moderation no matter if it is fresh fruits and veggies or cupcakes and all those goodies. I love the fast food but now I actually get sick if I eat too much of it. Sooo.. I try to limit myself maybe a couple times a month if that. As for restuarant eating I go once a week with the boyfriend and I just eat whatever because I eat healthy during the week. I would say a good way to stay in shape and be healthy is go to the farmers markets around you while you are there you will be walking around and at the same time pick up some fresh fruits and veggies. I would also say like a girl did above maybe get enrolled in a dance class or like I am going to do do a karate class just for the hell of it cus it sounds like fun and I will learn something at the same time. you can enroll in those type of classes at your local junior college. Also maybe make a routine to go for a 15 minute walk after you eat. Find what interests you and go take a class. good luck with everything!
I'm one of those fast metabolism people, but how about giving kickboxing a try? That looks like fun and it will also be a form of self-defense, which is always a good idea.
im skinny and in my 20s, i eat like a pig but i do have a fast metabolism...but i have also been dancing for years...i realized when i stopped for two years and was less stressed, i gained about 15 pounds, and i love my new weight...maybe ballroom dancing or bellydancing will pique your interest because gyms can be boring
