Drinking tea?

My grandma uses it and have lost 20lbs so far.. she exercises (walks 40minutes) per day and eat three healthy meal so I guess that contributes to the weight loss too. But if you don't want to try that, green tea supposedly boosts up your metabolism. Coffee contains caffeine so if you drink that once per afternoon in the morning, it increases your metabolic rate by (i forgot how masses percent)
Whether you lose weight or not depends entirely on the rest of your diet as in good health. I wouldn't rely on tea alone to get the pounds rotten. However I am a firm believer that green tea is extremely healthy for you and you should drink it on a regular reason (hot or cold). Gotta get those antioxidants. Good luck!
