120-125 for a 14year antiquated robust consignment? 5 foot 3.5 inches...?


Is 120-125 a healthy consignment for someone about 5'3.5"? I grain big around the middle, my thighs, and I have tiny love handle. What can I do to make my thighs smaller (not build muscle, lol I used to do gymnastics and thigh muscles kind mine look big in a not-good way), lose my love handle, and flatten my tummy? What are healthy foods that appetite good and you don't procure tired of easily? Thanks so much! P.S. I'm 14

For foods you can try subway fresh fit meals. As for the cargo, i'm not sure. A long time in my 5th title class, my friend Melody weighed 120 puonds and she be even fat!
