You must just have biceps like bull and forearms of a little girl.
employ workout gloves to get more from bicep workout. so your forearm don't tire out before your biceps.
to effective stimulate a muscle you need to focus on performing the movement with the target muscle not just moving the weight from point a to point b. also don't use DOMS as an indicator of the effectiveness of a training session or routine. some body parts suffer from DOMS greater than others. if you are gaining muscle in some places and not others than the problem lies in your training and/or recovery period. if you are training regularly and at a high level of intensity using progressive resistance and are not gaining muscle mass then you caloric intake is in sufficient
i agree with iv consultant but also look at the way you are holding your wrist as you curl.if your forearms are getting pumped and sore that tells me when you curl you are also curling your wrist in . try to keep the wrist in a neutral position throughout the entire movement hope this helps
