Whats a fast way to loose weight without starving yourself...like what are some good diets and excersises?


Question:
People that have been succesful, whats a good way to loose weight? what are some excersises that have indeed worked for you?
I want to be more fit but all I do is walk everynight for 45 min on a trail with a friend andI have a sit-up machine thingy that has handle bars you bull up on do do sit ups [[sorry hard to explain]] and i do 100 of those a day but i dont see good results...can anybody help me?

find a diet that works for your build and stick to it... something that works for someone may not work for you. Try eating more meals in smaller portions to speed up the metablism rate because starving yourself confuses the body and makes it preserve whatever it can thus slowing down you metablolism.

It probably stems from our mom telling us that we need to finish everything because there are starving kids in Ethiopia that would do anything for our food. Forget about all of this guilt. Your mom will be much happier when you eat less and live much longer to take care of her when she's old.

Well, I would suggest working @ a pig farm! LoL I did, and I ate anything I wanted and was in the best health/shape of my life!
