NO way, its the most healthiest fruits you can buy~!! Its so good for you, I only do fruits and veggies, but I learned Cantaloupe has the best nutrition and gives you much energy. That is what I read on Veggie MD magazine anyway.
There is only about 50 calories to a half a cantaloupe, so no it will not put weight on you. It will fill you up so that you will not eat more fattening foods. Enjoy!!

No. It is good for you. It will help to clean the bowels and that will contribute to better nutrition and make it easier to lose weight. You should not eat it with any other food though. Just the cantaloupe and nothing else for 20 minutes. Best to eat it in the morning before eating anything esle. Good Luck!
