Hey Groid - what IS the 'lemondetox'? What does it involve etc? more info would be useful :)
I wouldn't have known what it was if you hadn't provided the link to the website with your previous question.

I think it's VERY IMPORTANT to detox. Especially when a person has a history of constipation because their body accumulates a lot of toxins.

However, I know you can find the recipe in certain alternative health books and make it yourself. I've thought of it but the maple syrup concerns me, too much sugar.
