Answers:
Hey, you are slimmer than I am.
I am on low carb, low fat, high fibre, high protein and a hour brisk walk 5 times a week, and I have lost 31lbs and gain better health. I am now maintaining my 108lbs @ 5'2 for more than a year.
Just eat healthily with lots of veggies, lean meat and complex carbs and exercise. They will increase your metabolism rate and burn fats.
Details such as my experience, meals, recipes, walking as an exercise and to shape the body etc etc, are in my blog

hardly...the rule of thumb for a woman is 100 lbs at 5 feet and 5 lbs for every inch thereafter. By that standard, you could lose 1.9 lbs...hardly fat.
no are you for real?
