Someone please help!!?


Question:
I got a new workout tape that uses Circuit Training or something like that. Will someone please explain to me what a circuit is? Are there any advantages when doing it? Will it get me faster results? I don't know what it is!? Please help!

Answers:
A circuit is when you have a group of exercises and you do them one after another with no rest. For examle if you are going to do pushups, sit ups and jumping jacks, making a circuit out of those three would be doing the pushups, going into the situps and finally the jumping jacks with no rest inbetween them. They can be helpful.
