Is skipping good cardio?

my friend said it was no good but i think it is because it works your arms 2

It's actually one of the best forms of cardio. It gets your heart rate up really well. It doesn't put excessive stress on your knees or ankles either. Plus, it's pretty fun :P
wat vict said...but it actually does put some strees to the leg joints if not done properly and overdoin it
