Are tomato slices with salt bad for you when on a diet ?

Question:

Answers:
No they are great for you. The increase in fluid retention your cellular tissues will have is temporary so you may weigh as much or more but in a day it will vanish as it is simply water retention
no its a veggie not too much salt though
no its fine but dont use to much salt in your entire day.
No not at all!
I hope not! I love fresh (home grown) tomatoes w/ salt and pepper. The salt is more of a "water retention". Plus too much is not good if you have high BP - eat one for me!
