My inner thighs are giantantic and im not kidding!?

i mean the outer thighs are great, toned and everything.. theres fat all in the inner thighs.. will cardio handle this.. or do you think i should do any thigh exercise also or is there no need? thank you very much!

there is a weight machine where you put your legs on the outside of two cushions..you push your legs together, that targets the inside and if you put your legs on the inside and push outwards, it will work the outer thigh
