Answers:
within 1 month youll loose lots and most importantly have energy like crazy and youll physically feel much better. By the way if you can stay away from these for a couple months for years after you wont crave or even want to eat many of them anymore
well if ur body is used to these things and u give them up in a week u can lose up to 6 lbs! keep limiting these foods, i did that and lost 8lbs in a week!
to be honest you can't just give up foods.
you have to put in 100% effort if you want to see results.
you're off to a good start. if you are not involved with any physical activity rite now, it's a good idea to get into running.

hope this helps!
It all depends on how much of them you were eating in the first place and what you plan on replacing them with. You should lose 1 pound for every 3,500 calories you either cut from your diet or burn off by exercise. Check the calories and fat grams on all the foods that you eat. Here is what was published in Family Circle to tell you how to calculate how many calories you should be eating:

Multiply your ideal weight by 13 if your level of activity is low to moderate, 18 if you're extremely active. For example, a not-very-active 150 pound woman who wants to drop 25 pounds can consume 1,625 calories per day.

Make sure that you don't crash diet and just stop eating all together. Your body goes into starvation mode and stops using as many calories.

Good luck!
