i had an energy drink before i jogged, the energy drink didnt contain any fat calories but it was 16 oz. and it had 26 grams of sugar i just wanted to know will those 26 grams of sugar effect me?

it's all about BALANCE, if that is nearly one of the only things high in sugar (because it is VERY high in sugar) that you consume during the day then it's fine, but if you already eat/drink lots of sugar then yes it will effect you, but if its the only thing, its fine! xoxoxo
