Help losing some stomach fat?

Question:
I have lost about 30-40 pounds of body fat over the past year and a half. I lift weights for about 30 minutes a day and try to do 1hr of cardio but I am having real trouble losing the last of my body fat about 15 lbs from my mid section. It looks really awkward my arms and legs are cut and the bit of fat I use to have around my face is gone but I can't seem to get rid of these last 15 or lbs of fat around my stomach. Does anyone know if their is any real way to target this effectively target this area. Please dont just say crunches or sit ups if you do please go into details and specifics. Any other info regarding what might work for me would be greatly appreciated as well.

Low Carb Dieting Tip
Your rate of metabolism dictates how many calories you burn. Heredity, gender, age, body size. diet and nutrition, activity level, and your overall health factor in on determining how high or low your metabolism is. It is normal for metabolism levels to lower as a person ages. Because of this it is important to begin stepping up your exercise routines in your thirties and forties.

Ways to Boost Your Metabolism

Eat Regularly - Eating 5-6 small meals throughout the day will give you energy throughout the day--helping you to burn calories. Whereas, calories eaten during larger meals tend to get stored as fat.
Maintain a Balanced Diet - Not only how often you eat is important, but your food choices are equally as important. Nurture you body with the appropriate balance of protein and carbs.

Eating whole foods rather than processed food gives your digestive system a workout that burns calories. For example: choose an apple over apple juice.
Workout with Weights - Building muscle mass will replace stored fat. As you build muscle tissue your metabolism increases.
Don't Forget Cardio - You need to get that heart rate up and breathe a little heavier. Twenty to thirty minutes of cardiovascular activity 5 days a week is recommended. Brisk walking or swimming are good. Or utilize exercise equipment (exercise bike, treadmill, or elliptical trainer).
I know this is probably not a good answer, but if you say you are 'cut' everywhere else...then perhaps liposuction on your stomach...we have it for a reason that is if you can afford it.

I would say just keep doing what you are doing, diet and excercise...if you diet enough the fat should come off of there if it is already gone on the arms and legs as you say.
Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day. Nothing other than water in between. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%.

Chew each morsel at least 32 times. Do not touch articles of food or the cutlery in between. This will activate ur body to generate strong signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals.

Take light exercises and brisk walks (minimum 20 min duration) regularly preferably twice a day.

U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time. Do not be in a hurry. It is however to be noted that one cannot change the shape or size of different parts of the body.
