the reason your not hungry is because your body is using its own energy storage units (fat cells) to give you energy. Since it is not needing it from an outside source right now you don't feel hungry which can be a good thing.however your body is also now in a "starvation" mode which means that when you eat, which you should eat something ( a light healthy snack will do fine) your body will store more energy (in the form of fat) for the next time you starve it. I would say eat a little bit of food ( a banana, or some other fruit or vegetable) then wait 15 to 20 mins to see how hungry you get before you eat anything else. Your stomach hurts because it has nothing do do so it is trying to tell you to get some food in here so it can do what it is supposed to be doing.digesting food
