yeah when u get taller ur fat spreads (it will stay but u will look less chunby) but still to be on the safe side u should go on a diet for just 1 week or lay of the pizza and burger fat for a little bit.

Do not be heart broken my dear, you are soooooooooooooo young . Your mum is perfecrtly right - you will loose every gram of fat. Obviously you need to watch what you eat and be sensible with the saturated fats , it is even fine to have a burger or fries once in a while as long as you are aware you are not overdoing it. You will shape up with no doubt and you will become a fine young lady. For now enjoy your age as it is just a beautifull one without looking at your puppy fats as your mummy will call it. I know we are living in a world that size 0 is kind of guiding the teenage girls, but ignore all that . You are not fat, you are just a perfectly healthy girl. We all went through this. Do not worry . Be happy of everything that you have and think about how priviledged we are to be living in the part of the world where you can find the food and can even choose it. Eat heathily and balanced and you will be always happy, full of energy and radiantly beautiful.

The puppy fat may go away as you grow taller or you may put on more weight if you eat junk, fast food and processed food. It is hard to say.
Eat healthily with lots of veggies, lean meat and complex carbs and exercise. They help to increase your metabolism rate and burn body fats. It is good to stay healthy at a young age. Both my sons 10 and 12 are lean and healthy. They eat more complex carbs than me to match their high energy output.
I am on low carb, low fat, high fibre, high protein and a hour brisk walk 5 times a week, and I have lost 31lbs and gain better health. I am now maintaining my 108lbs for more than a year.
