Answers:
you can lose from 5-30 lbs in one month just depending on how you attempt to lose it. watch what you eat; the soda and junk stuff.
me personally i have lost 20 lbs in 2 weeks. by running 3 miles every day for 2 weeks. but i been running for last 4 yrs tho so you should start out low at maybe 1 mile and run alot in the next month and i bet you can lose 15 lbs at least if you push yourself.
you can lose up to 15-18 pounds
atleast nore then 10

you can lose as much weight as you want to, you just have to push yourself. Excercise daily and eat only when you feel you need to. If you eat junk food, you will just gain weight.
Do some tummy crunches 30 minutes a day. Stay away from sugar and eat fruits, vegetables, cereals, and oats. If you really wanna kick it into gear exercise for an hour a day. Good Luck...and send me a pic when your abs are all sexy!
