Answers:
Don't worry...my wife found all 15 of them!
Unless you scheduled lipo at the same time of the c-section...it isn't gonna be that easy.
When you are pregnant you get used to eating for you and the baby. Then if you are lactating, you get used to eating A LOT. It is hard to adjust back to pre-pregnancy days.
You're gonna have to start increasing your activity to include something that gets your heart rate up for at least 30 minutes 4-5 times per week. As well as cutting back on fat and calorie intake.
If you really lack the motivation to take good care of yourself...don't be afraid to look into post partum depression. It's something you can't control...it is what is is.
I am in the same boat as you. But I had my third vaginally. I have no problems losing weight but this third baby I am struggling. The only thing I would suggest is cardio and cutting your calories no more than 1200 a day. Protein and veggies no sugar, sodas. I am currently 136 and I need to get down to 117 at my pre pregnancy weight. My problem just isn't the weight I gave birth May 2 and I swear I still look 5 months pregnant ugh! You can email at davispsue@yahoo.com if you need. I know the struggle all to well.
Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day. Nothing other than water in between. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%.
Chew each morsel at least 32 times. Do not touch articles of food or the cutlery in between. This will activate ur body to generate strong signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals.
Take light exercises and brisk walks (minimum 20 min duration) regularly preferably twice a day.
U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time. Do not be in a hurry. It is however to be noted that one cannot change the shape or size of different parts of the body.
