Is eating 3 meals a day (500cals each) too much for a 95 pound 5foot tall female?

Question:
I do 30minutes of cardio and 30minutes of strength training 3 days a week.

Answers:
no actually u might have to eat a bit more... eat as much as you want to as long as you keep doin exercize... alot of it.
your not eating enough
perfect =]
No, it's not too much. If you eat the right 500 calories, you may even have room for a healthy snack. Make sure you're getting enough fruits and veggies. I don't know if you like cottage cheese or ricotta cheese, but these types of cheeses can be found made with part skim, which really shaves off calories and can be a tasty snack. Make sure you don't eat too many bad carbs or sugars, and take a multivitamin. (I just preached at you. I'm sorry!)

If you're trying to lose weight, continue your 1,500 calories a day with your cardio and strength training.

Hope this helps!
it depends on what your age is. i personally think that this is enough calories for a day for a person like your size. seems like you are working towards a healthy lifestyle, keep it up!
fattass nah im kidding you sound healhty
im 5ft and weight bout tht and i dont exercise as much as u but i am very active so i would say u should eat a little more but just eat when ur hungry and stop when ur full.
the first poster is right. for the amount of exercise u do, in addition if u are going to school, college, work u are eating less. if there are some snacks in between that u have not written about, then i guess it's ok.

the FDA says about 2400 calories. for ur petite size, ok about 2100-2200. but u are exercising!!
