What happens if you do strength training wrong? Crunches, situps etc.?

Question:
What happens to your muscles?

Answers:
Some possibilities:
1) Injuries: If you don't do adequate warm ups or stretching, you'll probably pull a muscle or injure your joints. For weight lifting, it can be as severe as breaking your rotator cuff or crushing your spine.
2) Deformities: If you don't balance your muscle workout, you'll have uneven, ugly-looking muscles which may look deformed.
3) Failed workout: All you've achieved is a sweaty body and your workout result may be as good as none.
depends what you pull how it is pulled and how bad the damage is sometimes it can be so bad you will never be able to workout ever again.
your neck could be messed up if you do crunches and situps wrong
you can end up with muscle injuries. you would kinda know if you're doing it wrong. there will be serious sores
