Lunges are awsome!
Basic cardio, running, bicycling, elliptical machine, aerobics. and the butt blaster machine in the gym..
Aerobic exercise. Jog at least 20 minutes a day, 3 to 5 days a week. Building muscle does NOT eliminate fat. Burning it does and aerobic exercise is the most efficient method of doing so. Plus you'll start to have more energy during the day and your base metabolism will be higher too, especially if you run in the mornings.
Squats are the best thing. They work every muscle in the leg your glutes, hamstrings, quadriceps, calfs, abductors. and many more.
Try adding weight while doing them. You know you got it when you feel the burn. It may hurt for a few days to do the most simple things like walking, sitting down, moving your leg. That's how you know that you are building those muscles. There is no need for alarm.
If you have access trying a leg press machine as well as doing the squats.
Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day. Nothing other than water in between. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%.
Chew each morsel at least 32 times. Do not touch articles of food or the cutlery in between. This will activate ur body to generate strong signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals.
Take light exercises and brisk walks (minimum 20 min duration) regularly preferably twice a day.
U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time. Do not be in a hurry. It is however to be noted that one cannot change the shape or size of different parts of the body.
