it is different for everyone there is a test a doctor can do to find. thats the only way i know of.
The Calories your body burns by itself is when you relax or sleep.
You can google it but there are some other people who have already given you the site that I was going to give you.
The site calculates how many calories you burn just by sleeping all day.
That is called your BMR rate.
