Flabby arms and fatty stomach.HELP ME PLEASE!?

I have already lost 34 lbs since December but I want to get rid of my fat stomach and flabby arms. And yes.. i do lift weights an do crunches.

dont listen to all the mean ppl. One really good way to loose tummy flab it to dance and walk. If you walk a slow pace for 1 hour, you loose 200 calories!! and when you lift weights, stand up and shadow punch with then in your hands and keep your arms straight. you probly arent fat, you just look at skinny models and they make you FEEL like... ew! but those models are too much yay. You arent ew. im not making sense but what im trying to say is that you are pretty no matter what and you need to know that and think that. Go look in the mirror and say 20 positive things about you and say them OUT LOUD! good luck babe!
well first of all kudos to you on losing 34lbs!!
and i've heard that only real way to lose fat is to do cardio.
30minutes at least 3 times a week
if you do that you should see results in no time

watch what you eat and exercise, also don't eat befor bed, 4 hours before bed!
everything that anybody tells on your question try it, i agree with everyone...just to help you with your areas of concerned that you mentioned..go to this site below and give it a hearty whole try and you might want to try changing your eating habits...unless you don't eat junk food..the outside can't change until the inside gives up the junk
