What to wear for the gym??

Try a ski jacket. handy for covering up. No really, I always stick by my layered-look. A long-sleeved or 3/4 length light cotton shirt under a fitted or loose t-shirt. It looks cool if you contrast the colours and it gives you a little more protection for your wobbly bits around the stomach (if you are like me) when you're jumping around on equipment.
Try stretchy pants on the bottom or for true comfort, I love sweat pants.
Honestly though, nobody really cares what you wear. If you think your arms are unattractive, count on the fact that most ladies and men are thinking the same thing about some part of their body. Generally people are not judgemental at gyms because everyone is there to get fit!
Have fun and don't let the clothes take up too much of your thoughts.

You can wear what ever you like as long as its something comfortable!
