I don't really eat.. is this good enough?


Question:
i dont eat breakfast because i wake up late.. even if i wake up early i just can't.. lunch i skip or if i'm craving i eat a yogurt or munch on crrots or something... and i have just have normal dinner.. whatever my parents prepare! i eat in small portions so i get full easily... my question is: is this enough? because i am eating.. i limit wat i want and this is the only way i can lose weight so this is how i have to lose 20lbs. any other options?

Actually you are doing the exact opposite of what you need to do to lose weight. Have you ever heard the saying... you need to spend money to make money? Well the same applies to losing weight. You need to eat often (the right foods) to lose weight. You MUST eat breakfast, no exception there. Now that doesnt mean you have to eat breakfast food, it just means you need to eat when you get up in the morning. Try to eat something every 3 hours or so and drink plenty of water and you should start to see some results. If you include that with some form of exercise you should get even better results.
It depends on WHY you're not eating very much. You say you want to lose 20 lbs which probably means you think you're overweight. I can only assume you're NOT overweight since you don't eat! Skipping breakfast has never hurt me (blech, morning is way too early for food), but you need to figure out the real reason you don't want to eat.
you don't want to become anorexic or something like that because that will NOT make you lose weight...but you eat so that's good. Just make sure you eat enough...eat in what you think is enough and excercise...i lost ten pounds doing that.
