More advice please?

Guya, this is the last time i will ask, help me loose weigh, in my house, there is no open spaces with grass to play, all i do is stay home playing computer, i am very tall, almost 6 ft i am 13 years old, very tall, tallest in all classes in school, but too fat, 150 pounds, guys, thats just too much, how am i going to get a girl, i mean, i mean, come on girls, dont you want a beatiful looking guy, with the best bodies, muscles and everything, i asked a beatiful girl in school to be my friend, she said no your too fat, i got very sad, help me loose weigh, not just for a girl, but for my health, when i grow up, i wont have a family, because all girls will do is reject me, that horible, i mean it, being fat is a night mare, girls make fun of me all the time, boys too, girls want a beatiful girl, with best bodies, i got non of that, i am very nice, i dont fight at all, not tough, dont bully or bother anyone. but i need a girl, but am too fat, girls hate fat people so much, help!

Fernando, porque no caminas alrededor de un parque, o de tu calle, o vecindad? Que no hay un parque alli donde vives? Sabias que tambien es posible hacer ejercicios en tu cuarto? ...

En vez de estar en frente de la computadora, haz ejercicios por lo menos-- una media hora cada dia.

dude... your not fat lol, im 5'11 170, yes im ripped and have billion dollar abs but, stay at that weight maybe gain some more
Well, first thing - fat isn't a stigma or a disgrace.

Second thing, not all girls are chasing after handsome, tall, lean-looking guys. Some girls look for nice guys like you too!

Third thing, you know the fact that you aren't losing weight just to go after girls but for your health - that's a very, very commendable and smart thing to do!

OK, to lose weight, simply :

1. Eat less - cut down your food portions

2. Don't over- eat - stop eating when you're full. Don't continue eating just for the sake of eating

3. Avoid all fried stuff, oily food, full-creamed drink and food, cakes and pastries of all kinds and cokes/colas - it's not that you can't eat them, but eat them only occassionally (like once a month?)

4. Do exercise like walking, running, biking, swimming, jumping rope..etc. for 3-4 times per week, for 45-60 mis per session.

Do these consistently and you'll lose weight.
