Fernando, porque no caminas alrededor de un parque, o de tu calle, o vecindad? Que no hay un parque alli donde vives? Sabias que tambien es posible hacer ejercicios en tu cuarto? ...
En vez de estar en frente de la computadora, haz ejercicios por lo menos-- una media hora cada dia.

dude... your not fat lol, im 5'11 170, yes im ripped and have billion dollar abs but, stay at that weight maybe gain some more
Well, first thing - fat isn't a stigma or a disgrace.
Second thing, not all girls are chasing after handsome, tall, lean-looking guys. Some girls look for nice guys like you too!
Third thing, you know the fact that you aren't losing weight just to go after girls but for your health - that's a very, very commendable and smart thing to do!
OK, to lose weight, simply :
1. Eat less - cut down your food portions
2. Don't over- eat - stop eating when you're full. Don't continue eating just for the sake of eating
3. Avoid all fried stuff, oily food, full-creamed drink and food, cakes and pastries of all kinds and cokes/colas - it's not that you can't eat them, but eat them only occassionally (like once a month?)
4. Do exercise like walking, running, biking, swimming, jumping rope..etc. for 3-4 times per week, for 45-60 mis per session.
Do these consistently and you'll lose weight.
