Is there a recommended amount of antioxidants we are supposed to get daily?

i honestly do not know if there is a 'recommended daily dosage' of antioxidants - but if we were to follow the recommended daily intake of foods (included in the Food Pyramid) - we should be on the right track, certain fruits and vegetables are very good antioxidants
