Flat Abs..??..asking for much so only answer if you can help!?


Question:
I want flat abs I have a belly and i don't want it!! Ladies you know how i feel so give me tips how you got them! I want something i can do 3-6 times a week! I have time on my hands since i have to work from home ( story for another time) anyway food wise i don;t really have a choice on what i eat i just want to cut back on snacks..Am i asking for too much..I just need exercises that will build me up to that flat stomach lower and upper. I would like to see improvments in 2 weeks. And if possible how can i help my thighs look tighter? thanks I am asking for much but I want help!

eat right, excercise, cut back on snacks and sugary foods. do 50-100situps-crunches a day. walking(speed) and/or jogging is the best way to cut off pounds
