How to get toned and loose weight ASAP!?


Question:
Ok, i am 5' 6" and Weigh about 125 lbs, i just think i could loose a little fat in my legs. And get tone (like a 4-6 pack...). I dont want to be all buff around the arms and legs though and i still want to be thin...HELP!

Answers:
eat small meals throughout the day. this avoids binging. when you eat, eat good foods...avoid sugary, fatty foods. french fries, donuts, etc.

couple this with walking or other forms of aerobic exercise. I would also reccomend that you do some weight lifting. you won't get big muscles but will get toned.

5'6" and 125 is pretty good. you are probably perfect as you are.

running on the treadmill, doing stairs, going to the weight room, eating healthy, participating in sports or a summer program
dear lord...i'm 5'6" and would cut off one of my appendages to have your "problems". be grateful for what you have and be careful not to develop an eating disorder. how old are you? by all rights you are underweight sweetheart.you should be seeing a nutritionist.
i am 4'11 and i weigh 107 and i am want to loose weigh too but i dont know how to loose weight i use to weigh 115 but i was eating vest eves and fruits
