10 - 15 lbs by August 31st (20days)?

Question:
if i eat hardly anything, drink only water and exercise daily for at least an hour a day will i be able to lose 10 - 15 pounds by august 31st if i start tomorrow august 11th? if im 5'2 and 120 lbs?

Answers:
,You might, but it wouldn't be wise. Do everything what you said but eat small meals through out the day that are low in calories and fat. If you hardly eat your metabolism will slow down and all the food you do eat will store as fat. Just keep it up and 5'2 and 120 pds is not bad at all.
why are you trying to loose weight are you trying to be anorexic you are a great size.
yes it will but you should only try to lose about 5 to 10 pounds if you REALLY want to lose weight...you are at a VERY healthy weight
what the buck your weight is fine! You could lose 5 or 6 but you're totally fine, and don't "hardly eat anything" it's really bad for your help. Plus if you do that then start eating again you'll gain wheight hella fast again. Just eat healthier if your even eating bad in the first place but trust me and DON'T STARVE YOURSELF
excericese more... like go swimmming everyday...
