Which way is QUICKER for WEIGHT LOSS surrounded by 3 WEEKS??
And WHY?
1. 500 cals of healthy food a daylight
2. About 1000 cals of low carb/low fat food
.....Ontop of it I am power walking for 1 hour, TWICE a morning.
....Which will make me lose inches/dress sizes faster and why?

Answers: I of course wouldn't do #1 for the following reason: If you budge on a super low cal diet (<1000cal/day) your body's hormones for fat and dynamism storage (principally insulin and thyroid) are fooled into believing that your body is in a state of starvation and any calories that enter the system will be stored as excess weight. That is fine if you'll be on this diet for the rest of your life, otherwise you'll gain most of the bulk back when you start have a normal diet again. You should be on a low carb/low cal diet and do some cardio to win your HR at around 60-80% of your max HR which is 220-your age. I don't know if walking gets your heart up in that, but if it does, that should be adequate.

Exercising w/out the proper amount of fuel(calories) will generate you add body plump b/c the body will sense starvation and store everything that goes down. At your elevation and weight you involve at least 1500 calories a year.
