Been going to the gym for 3 months is going 5 days a week too much?

Question:

Answers:
No it isn't, you have done very well to go for 3 months, don't give up, you need to continue for the rest of your life. You can do CV 7 days a week if you want, but weights should be limited to a maximum of 5. years ago most people were active 7 days a week and the main reason we have all got so fat is that most people no longer exert themselves at all!
depends on what you do every visit..
are you doing upper body one day then lower body the next and alternating everyday? are you doing whole body workouts everyday? or cardio? you might need to add more info so people can answer better
No but what exercises are you doing while you are there and do you have a schedule that you stick to. Or do you just do what you feel like doing once you are there
I have been going to the gym 5 days a week for 2 months. As long as you are not "Circuit Training" every day it is fine. I do cardio every day for 30 minutes, either treadmill, elliptical, or bike. Then I lift weights alternating legs and upper body.
If you are weight training then most likely.
It depends on what you are doing. I normally recommend 3 one hour sessions a week. One problem with doing 5 sessions is you will either become bored or obsessed with it over time. You would do much better to do some sport or dancing in the other two sessions. Alternatively go for a cycle/swim/run.
Depends on the type of exercise and the intensity you train at. But no, 5 days a week is good. Better than most people can achieve!
