hello, to me honestly, i think having a routine work out that you can stick to daily or everyother day would be the best way to lose weight. But the healthiest thing to do would probably have a goal of trying to lose at least one pound every day, having a healths diet and exerciseing constantly (such as running or swimming)

Though, one should emphasize ROUTINE exercise- not obssesive exercise for a few days, then stopping; and a diet you can stick to that recognizes that everything has a certain value to your body- and that you need some of everything in you!
