Am i over weight and if i am what can i do?

Question:
Hi, i am 15 weigh 148 and i am 5'5 is this over weight or is this normal? And if i am over what tips can you give me to help me lose weight or tone up? thanks

Answers:
You are the perfect weight for your height. To have a healthy BMI at 5'5", your weight should be between 121 and 150lbs. So you're ok! If you still wish to lose a few pounds you can follow a healthy 1200 calorie per day diet and work with a trainer. Good luck!
buy an exersise video and take a walk every day
You are ok...Maybe a little thick but nothing wrong. It really depends on your build. If you have rolls all over the place you are indeed fat. I don't think you have that, like I said you are ok. Nothing wrong with you. Tone up/lose weight only if YOU feel like you need it. Listening too much to other people can drive you crazy.
Your only a little over weight, b/c of your height you would only need to lose a couple of pounds. To do that you could join a sport school is about to start so playing vollyball or basketball this year should make you lose those extra couple of pounds.
you are not overweaight...i would love to weigh that little...and every day people tell me im not overweight...as long as you are happy with yourself forget what everyon else thinks...
low fat diet exercise
exersise more and eat the right foods
no ur not over weight i dont think so i thin ur good
