Internet calorie clculator?
Question:
Answers:
www.calorieking.com
has nearly everything under the sun. You can type in food you would by at the grocery store, ex: strawberries, and select the amount, ex: one cup, and see the nutritional information for this or you can type in Dairy Queen and see how many calories are in a sundae, etc.

For looking up food values, I like the USDA's database here: http://www.nal.usda.gov/fnic/foodcomp/se...
And, the database at NutritionDate.com:

For tracking, I built my own MSExcel application. It tracks both calories consumed and calories burned and models my lean mass (for any date in the future) based on current eating and exercising habits.
www.thedailyplate.com
it has food listings and a free tracker.
