to get a flat tummy u should do sit ups and leg ups because just doing sit up wont help because u are just woking ur upper abbs but if u do leg lifts to u will also work ur lower abbs so do both to get the best result and always eat healthy
I do 80 a night 6 days a week, I have a flat stomach with a little fat layer on top, I did drop 35 pounds recently, so im still working on it.

crunches are better for you and to tone your stomach..i used to do sit ups but i found that crunches work alot better and i do at least 150 a day
I do seven...one each morning getting out of bed. I have a flat Stomach because I watch what I eat, and when I eat it. Nothing against sit-ups except that they hurt my rear end! I don't have extra padding there either!
