so i did but i danced to pop lock and drop it n lots of other hip hop stuff lyk 2 step walk it out n i jumped around alot! but my thighs hurt sooooooo much!!!! they r soooooo soar from the drop it part wut can i do to relieve the pain in my upper thigh

Dancing is actully a better cardio workout than running, it is the best cardio workout of all. If you were to dance for one hour straight (which is like impossible) you would lose 500 calories.
