HELP help help!?

Question:
my mom wont let me exercise in the living room, the only open space in our house, and i really need to exercise and i don't know what to do! I'm not allowed to go outside and run because we don't have sidewalks around & i don't have a bike. i could exercise in my room but its 9x9 and VERY hard to move around in. do you have any suggestions please??

Answers:
Try jogging on the spot, or walking up and down the stairs numerous times. also, a bunch of my friends do there sit ups and crunches while they're laying in bed, maybe you could try that. best of luck :).

9X9 is good enough, get a stationary exercise bike. that will fit in there, or an elliptical machine, or go pick up a used bicycle and ride it out side, or go get an aerobic tape/DVD and do aerobics in front of your TV.. many options. :)
try yoga..
Beggars cannot be choosers. Ur choice is limited. Do it in the bed room.

Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day. Nothing other than water in between. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%.

Chew each morsel at least 32 times. Do not touch articles of food or the cutlery in between. This will activate ur body to generate strong signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals.

Take light exercises and brisk walks (minimum 20 min duration) regularly preferably twice a day.

U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time. Do not be in a hurry. It is however to be noted that one cannot change the shape or size of different parts of the body.
