Help please??

Question:
I need a work out plan that I can do at home that will help me to lose weight. I know the most important thing is some form of cardio but I can't run outdoors and I don't have a treadmill. I don't want any of those weight loss pills (I'm only 16). I do have stairs at my house, a jumprope and some tae-bo videos. So if you could tell me what to do for how long each day (to burn atleast 300 calories) it would be great! Thanks!!

Answers:
Eat 1800 calories minimum because you are a teen and you need calories for proper growth. Don't eat foods high in sugar, sodium, cholesterol, and saturated fat. Or at least eat them sparingly.

Well, I guess you didn't ask about eating. . .lol. . .just realized that but don't feel like deleting what I just wrote.

Running up and down stairs is a decent form of cardio that can really get your heart pumping. I suggest jogging up and down them for 5-10 minutes and then resting 2-5 minutes, repeating those two steps about five times. You can jump rope for 50 minutes (not continuous, of course), but don't do both of those exercises the same day. Do the stairs Monday, for example, the jump rope Tuesday, and the tae-bo videos Wednesday, and continue to alternate throughout the week. Give yourself one day to rest.

Hope that helps.
Jump the jump robe. That burns as many calories as running. Do it for like 10 minutes. Break for 5, do it again. Do this for about an hour. Work up to this though, start slow at like 3 minutes and then resting 2 minutes.
it is suggested that you lose about 600 calories a week. i would really suggest going to the website below, putting in your information and it will help you with what you need. People to motivate you, tips, low fat recipes etc. and also plans from people who have lost weight and gave there tips to others. I wish you the best of luck with whatever you do.

thyrtttttttttt
Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day. Nothing other than water in between. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%.

Chew each morsel at least 32 times. Do not touch articles of food or the cutlery in between. This will activate ur body to generate strong signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals.

Take light exercises and brisk walks (minimum 20 min duration) regularly preferably twice a day.

U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time. Do not be in a hurry. It is however to be noted that one cannot change the shape or size of different parts of the body.
Get some more fitness videos. They are great. Buy some light dumb bells to increase your strength. Muscle tissue helps you burn calories. Do some pilates. Try yoga.
Do you have a bike?
You just need to be active enough to get your heart rate up.
You can walk or run up and down the stairs. Just be careful.
You should strive for an hour. Don't let yourself become bored. It's best to mix it up. Redo your workout every 6 to 8 weeks. Your body adapts quickly.
