Dieting buddy, want to lose 15lbs for septmber or so!?

Question:
hi! i really need to lose these 15lbs i have put on ever since a few months ago, unfortunatly i went through some crappy times a few months ago, even though i am feeling much better the only thing gtting to me is my weight gain - just over 14lbs! nothing seems to fit me and its really upseting me! i just have trouble keeping to a diet/healthy eating! i know that its all in the mind and determination and all that, i guess i am just lacking support? i know i can do it, cos i have done it in the past! anyways i was just wondering if theres anyone who would like to be my diet buddy!
i am not exactly sure how much i weigh today probs more than the other day though - lol! my heght is 5ft 5", i am 23 and last time i weighed myself i was about 62kilos!

Hey,
I was looking for a diet buddy too, I'm 5'1 and 135lbs, and for my height that is overweight. I think that would be a great goal for me too, 15lbs by september. Its so frusterating sometimes because I use to be a lot thinner, and I hate how my pants size keeps increasing, it kills. I am almost 19, and Im on my second year of college, so get back to me if you want to be diet partners. I know we can lose it, we just need a little motivation!!
Go to the gym!!
15 lbs is a little weight. exercise. eat less. it is possble to loose that in 1 month! good luck!
I will
Here are some general healthy tips:

1) Have a healthy and balanced permanent diet: dark green vegetables, fresh fruits, whole wheat and whole grain products, non-fat dairy products, fish, poultry breast, lean red meat, egg white.

You should cut out all sugar, soda, non-whole grain products and saturated fats: These aliments should only be a reward for achieving a goal, not a habit!

2) Start exercising

Aerobic and weight training will raise your metabolic rate. In result, your body will burn more calories.

* aerobic exercising

3 times per week, conduct an exercise that keeps your heart rate elevated for at least 30-45 minutes (ex: walking, running, cycling, swimming, aerobics, ... check out following link for more details about good exercise choices to lose weight: http://www.weight-loss-choice.com/exerci...

* weight training

Alternate days of aerobics with weight training. You will build muscles that will burn more calories, even when at rest!

Good luck! : )
