Can I do a lot of yoga on my own in the morning without a sequence?

Question:
Like just do all the postures in any order of course with the corpse pose at the end and downward dog first.

Answers:
Yes - any yoga done in any order is beneficial. I do it all the time, just kind of working on poses that I need to spend more time in. I still go to class 2-3 times a week, but it's not always enough.

Maximum benefits come from doing them in recommend sequences. This is because you'll warm up your muscles properly with the right poses and counter poses before moving on to poses that would stress those muscles. (For example, I would never do Wheel without spending a little time in bridge or camel.)
Yes but done in a sequence will be more beneficial and relaxing.

Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day. Nothing other than water in between. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%.

Chew each morsel at least 32 times. Do not touch articles of food or the cutlery in between. This will activate ur body to generate strong signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals.

Take light exercises and brisk walks (minimum 20 min duration) regularly preferably twice a day.

U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time. Do not be in a hurry. It is however to be noted that one cannot change the shape or size of different parts of the body.
