ive heard it is... dont know HOW much good it does but i know its better than just sitting and doing nothing! ;)
Apparently clenches are meant to tone your bottom, and actually make it more pert.
Sooo.. if you have a lot of muscle in your butt from exercise eg swimming, cycling, running etc. then your but will become smaller (hopefully) as the muscle will become tighter and firmer.
BUT if your butt is mostly fat (like the most of ours are) then aerobic exercise is the only way to go really...sorry!
