Is it easy to gain arm muscle?

Question:
Because I want to shape them, not make them man like.

Answers:
I have found that the tricep muscle is the easiest to shape, biceps, not so much. I have what I (hate to) call flabby arms and my biceps never really saw much improvement but my triceps started to stick out after a couple months of working out.

no absolutely not, u get what u want. u have to work harder. for example u can carry heavy stuff( grocery, and etc).
Arms have relatively small muscles in comparison to the legs, chest, and back, but they are still easy enough to tone if you work on them consistently. Try hammer curls, triceps extensions, dips, and preacher curls once every four or five days, and you'll notice them firming up. Use enough weight to make it a challenge, but don't go crazy with the weight if you don't want to make your arms big. Something you can use for 3 sets of 12+ reps would be perfect.
