What diets or diet pills really do work?

Question:

Answers:
Diet pills tend to be simple things that help boost your metabolism, and they help you with that mental edge knowing of you knowing that you are taking something for it. Personally, I think they are overrated. Eating a healthy well balanced diet, including eliminating bad things that everyone eats (chips, pop, junk food) should more than boost your metabolism if you regularly exercise. The key to it is to make yourself exercise and that gives you a huge mental and physical boost. Usually these pills are fancy expensive pills that are a cocktail of caffeine, herbal supplements (ginko biloba, ginseng, taurine, etc.), and maybe vitamins and minerals.
Healthy diet and exercise.
Exercise and eat less. It will work. People are always looking for a quick fix, but one doesn't exist at Wal-Mart
Diet pills that cause thermogenesis will work, but they are quite drastic. They act as stimulants, burning up the fat in your body and producing extra heat. You'll probably sweat a lot and feel quite different when using them...and they're expensive. As for a good diet, just eat smaller meals more often. Try to avoid downing more than 500 calories at a meal.
Diet pills do not work. If you read the fine print on diet commercials it states: results not typical; follow a healthy diet and exercise program. You loose weight by following a healthy diet and exercise program not by taking a diet pill. The pill may increase your heart rate and raise your blood pressure which is not good in the long run.
Healthy balanced diet, with all natural vitamin supplements.

I have a program that works using Thermogenics which simply stated makes the boys burn calories more efficiently instead of storing them as fat. The program includes nutritional supplements that decrease your appetite and increase your metabolism. There is even a line of snacks, including yummy protein bars, drinks and soups.

Each program is customized based on your specific fitness and nutritional needs and weight loss goals.
